Joyce Pardee
Certified Paralegal

Joyce joined The Law Office of Christine Vanderford team in January, 2006.

Pardee brings with her 30 years of experience in many areas of the law. She has an extensive backgound in probate, inheritance tax determinations, conservator-guardianships, corporate and business planning, real estate, legislative law and other general and substantive legal fields.

Pardee earned her distinction of certified paralegal in 1990 through the National Association of Legal Assistants. She also holds a Nebraska Real Estate Salesman's License.

She has been a member of the Nebraska Association of Legal Assistants and the National Association of Legal Assistants for thirty years. She co-authored the Handbook for Utilization of Legal Assistants which was copyrighted and distributed to more than 4,000 Nebraska attorneys by the Nebraska Bar Association. She has been a national speaker for the National Association of Legal Assistants; is a member of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Friends of Foreign Students, the National Wildlife Federation, National Home Gardening Association and is a Master Gardener.

Pardee will be an integral part of the future of The Law Office of Christine Vanderford.

 

Ashley Christiansen
Office Manager/Client Services Coordinator

Ashley joined the Law Office of Christine Vanderford in June, 2008. Ashley graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May, 2008 with a bachelors degree in Psychology. She has been a member of UNL's Psi Chi Honorary Chapter, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Phi Beta Kappa, Golden Key, and participated in research for the Psychology and Law Program.

She has taken time to study in Florence, Italy and found the coasts of Cinque Terre to be her favorite place to travel!

Ashley is excited to learn more about the law, especially in estate planning, through her work at the Law Office of Christine Vanderford. She plans to go back to school in hopes of attaining a higher degree.

 

Brian TubbsBrian Tubbs

Brian joinedthe Law Office of ChristineVanderford in May, 2007. 

Brian is a second year law student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  He has bachelors degrees in Agribusiness and Agricultural Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Brian is a member of the Student Bar Association, the Christian Legal Society, the Ag and Environmental Law Society, and is Secretary of the Republican Law Students Association.

He is looking to pursue a career in law in the fields of business planning, estate planning, and tax law.

Legal Assistant

Luke joined the Law Office of Christine Vanderford in May, 2007.

Luke is in his second year at Nebraska Wesleyan University where he is double majoring in Business Management and Sports Management and playing football for the Prairie Wolves. He is planning on graduating from Wesleyan in 2010 and going forward to obtain his Masters.
